Day two of Photo a Day! I took pictures on our frozen pond where we play ice hockey. This is the photo that made it to Flickr. There was another of the same subject that I liked as well, but the fact that I love lens flare made the above photo the winner. The one below was the runner-up.

My Photo a Day project has officially begun! I plan to take at least one photo every day for an entire year. I'll upload each photo to Flickr and title it with the date on which it was taken. This should be quite a journey....wish me luck!
